"Received a call from Ray, Sr. in response to our request for repair on a Kenmore range. Explained what the problem was. He explained what he would be doing upon his visit. We agreed and made an appointment for the next day between 11 am and 1 pm. At 10:50 a. m. on the appointment day, received a phone call from Ray stating they would arrive in about 45 minutes. Ray and Ray arrived on time. They were wearing masks and were asked to used the hand sanitizer as they entered. It was explained someone in our household was medically quarantined so it was extremely necessary for them to do this, They looked over the range and explained there was a problem with the way the gas we being turned on. While they were here, we asked if they could look at our clothes dryer. For some reason clothes were not drying each time. Ray took his time to explain exactly the different setting of the dryer. Even though both appliances did not have any serious problems, Ray was very patient with us and our poor knowledge of the proper way to operate both appliances. We were so happy with both Ray and Ray. It was such a pleasure to pay them for their service., We will surely use them again and"
